Misu (Tiramisu) went north today with the Grudniski's of Cranbrook, B.C.! She was her cute, playful self and her new Mom & Dad were quickly charmed. It will be a 2 day drive and we hope the weather is good to them all the way.

I took Sherbet out for some solo play time so we could send her future "parents" some new snapshots. She thought the pile of leaves was a great playground!

This is Chester (formerly Mousse) his first morning in his new home in San Jose, CA with the Yakirina-Feldman family.
Chester hitched a ride home with the MacCallum family since he was getting too big to fit under the seat on the airplane!

A couple days shy of 9 weeks, Sundae captured the hearts of her new family, the MacCallum's of Saratoga, CA.
This smart and pretty girl has reportedly convinced the family that Welshies are the way to go, and they 've already mentioned getting a second one in the future!

In Southern Utah my Dad met up with the Mara family of Bakersfield, CA at his RV where my parents are part time 'snowbirds'. There the Mara's met Rocky (formerly S'mores) and he was soon on his way with his new "parents" and new buddy, a Blenheim (red & white) Cavalier named Patches. They became buddies right away and I don't think the romping has stopped except to eat and sleep!
I received this great, Chistmas-card quality photo from John in Colorado of his 3 daily hiking buddies taken a couple of weeks ago.
The Colo. Rockies are in the background and that may actually be Pikes Peak, though I don't usually see it from this angle.
Dexter - Dugan - Maggie
There were several other lovely photos that I had to include here. Thanks John & Kayo!

Dugan is a 'pet' and a Gavin son, though he looks
a lot like his mom, Kaci.
Dexter is a finished Champion, and a Gavin Grandson out of our Tasha. He is a full brother to Kyra and Uncle to the current litter.
Molly (formerly Tiramisu) had no problem adapting to her new Canadian home and climate!
Thanks to the Grudniski's for making the trek through blizzards both ways to retrieve their new family member!
Nov. 19 - I received a great little video of Chester (formerly Mousse,) having a play date with his sister Sundae. Both are in new homes in the San Jose area and the two families have agreed to get the 'kids' together from time to time for a romp! How fun!!!
I tried to attach the video, but it wasn't compatible with my web program. Darn!
Lilly (formerly Sherbet)
met her new family, the Eiferts', on Friday and headed up to Washington State the next day.
The great snapshots show her happily snuggling with her new 'mom',
meeting one of the nephews and looking quite "at home" in her new home!
Beans (formerly Cobbler) with his new "parents" Emily & Chad! A very good looking family!! Beans went south Thanksgiving weekend. We miss his sweet face and funny self,
but know he is having
a good time being the prince of his new pad!
Merry Christmas and
Happy New Year to All!
Many Thanks for the Christmas cards and emails from so many of our great puppy/dog owners! We especially love the photos and bits of news on the year your Welshie family member has had.
Everything from funny incidents to health testing, new training accomplishments and chance meetings with other welshies!
Hooray to All!!!
This photo is of Molly, one of this year's puppies. Thanks Wendy & Mark!!
(You can tell by the mischievous look
the hat was probably not on for long!)
